Nora (Sundari) has been a yoga practitioner for 17 years and loves to share the wisdom found within the practice of Yoga. She teaches all levels from absolute beginner to advanced and to a wide range of people with a wide range of challenges whether physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual. Through Yoga Therapy Nora prescribes Yogic practices along with counselling to help bring clients back into alignment, build strength, and clear energy channels to increase the life force.

Nora graduated from Vancouver Counsellor’s College in 2005 and began Lifestyle Counselling practice in Guelph, ON. She completed a certfiied training in Thai Yoga Massage at Lotus Palm School, Montreal, Quebec with Kam Thye Chow and Blake Martin.This ancient bodywork became a wonderful addition to the healing process of her clients. In 2007 Nora completed a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training Program in Guelph with Rita Cupitt (Esther Myers) followed by an Intensive 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training at Sivananda Yoga Ranch, New York. She also completed a 100 hour training in Mind, Body Yoga Therapy with Dr. Paul Epstein at Sivananda, Bahamas.
Now Nora brings these practices together along with her enthusiasm and motivation to move you through self-development with ease.

Mary Ann has been actively practicing yoga since 2001. She is a certified Thai Yoga Massagepractition through Lotus Palm 2009 and has received her yoga teacher training through the Downward Dog Yoga Centre, 2008. For Mary Ann, yoga has been an ongoing transformation within herself. Through her own experiences, she teaches with a compassionate heart, offering her students an opportunity to surrender themselves to experience the present moment.
It is her love of yoga and the practice that has provided Mary Ann with a deeper understanding as a teacher and a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner. Her intuitive and gentle spirit guides her to give each client a unique experience of harmony, peace and relaxation, as well restoring the energy balance within.
Sunny Smith
Yoga Instructor
Sunny has been teaching yoga for 5 years . Her love of movement lead her to yoga after a car accident and she was no longer able to dance. Through her exploration of yoga she began to make significant improvements in her posture and overall mobility. She decided right away that she had to teach this to everyone she knew. Trained at the Chakra Yoga School in Victoria, Downward Dog Ashtanga Yoga, Prenatal and Restorative Yoga with Hali Swartz. Sunny is currently taking an advanced yoga training with Jeaninne from Buddha Body and took time to visit the Ashtanga Institute in Mysore last January to studying with Sharath.
Sunny offers a warm and genuine teaching of yoga that is rejuvenating and inspiring.
