Preparing and Nurturing the body, mind, and soul for Parenthood.
If you are preparing to welcome a baby in to your life and you are actively pursuing optimal health to have the healthiest conception, this class is for you.
A successful conception can only be achieved when a woman is stress-free and relaxed. But due to modern-day lifestyle, certain medical conditions (e.g. PCOS), and other factors, many women struggle with fertility issues. However, yoga can be a game-changer for these couples and increases the possibility of getting pregnant and carrying with ease.
Whether you have just begun your journey or have been waiting a while or are in the midst of medical fertility treatments yoga awakens your creative energy and primes your reproductive system for increased fertility. It also helps to revive your libido. When you include yoga postures, meditation, breathing, visualizations, and positive thinking into your fertility self-care program you can improve preconception care, lower your stress hormones and improve egg quality.
The postures selected in Yoga for fertility are specifically designed to enhance your reproductive organ health. They help promote better blood flow, improved nerve conduction, and increased tissue mobility in your abdomen and pelvis. By the way, it's about emotional health, too. Private or group fertility yoga classes provide you with extra support during your preconception journey.
The needs, joys, and challenges specific to women before, during, and after childbearing are different and private and group yoga classes help you to deeply connect with yourself, your partner, and other Mamas during these momentous, transformational times in life.
Yoga means union - the union of body, mind, and soul.
